1. How do I make an existing user an administrator?

i. Go to the “User Management” tab.

ii. Locate the user whose role needs to be changed.

iii. Click on the Edit button.

iv. Assign the required role and click SUBMIT.

v. The message, "User Updated Successfully," will pop up in a green banner.

2. When I try to log into the portal, I get a message that says “your ID has been disabled please contact your Administrator” what happened?

i. Contact an Organization Administrator to reactivate the login ID.

ii. Your login ID was probably deactivated because of a long period of inactivity or at your request.

3. I am an organization administrator, can I change other users' password?

Passwords are meant to be managed by each user. The organization administrator is not allowed to change another user's password.

4. How do I reset my password in case I forgot?

i. Go to the login page and click on forgot password.

ii. Enter in your user ID (email) and click SEND.

iii. An email with a one time password (OTP) will be sent to the user. The password will be valid for 60 minutes.

iv. Enter the OTP and change the password when prompted.

6. Why is the "User management" tab not available on my account?

i. This is because you have “User” role on your account.

ii. You should contact Organization administrator to get the admin role.
