Once you've registered as an supplier at SkyscendPay, you can access your account's user details by navigating to the "Profile" tab.

1) How to change password?
i. To change your password, go to the "Profile" tab.
ii. Click on Change Password.
iii. Type in your old password and set your new password.
How to change the company logo?
i. To upload or change your company logo, go to the "Profile" tab.
ii. Find the Logo Upload section in the Organization section.
iii. Click on Choose file and select one from your device.
iv. Your uploaded file will show up. Click on upload and the logo will be set.
Buyer Association
i. You can find all the buyers your organization is associated with at the bottom of the "Profile" page.
ii. You may also navigate between different buyers your organization is associated with by finding the buyer name on the top right corner in the menu bar.
How can I let the buyer know to whom to send the payment to?
Add in your company's address and financial information/account that the buyer can send the payment to (remit to).
How to receive notifications?
You may choose to receive notifications when you have created or updated a purchase order. The settings section on the profile page allows you to choose what type of notifications you want to receive. You may opt into or out of receive email, text, or app notifications.
Note: the app notifications work so that once you've created or updated a PO, you will receive a push notification on your phone saying a PO has been created or updated.
