Brief Description:
In this section we will explain how to create a non-PO based invoice manually.
Steps Involved:
- Navigate to NON PO INVOICES option listed on the left-hand side menu. Choose CREATE option.
- A page will appear on the right side where the invoice details can be added.
- Add details like Invoice #, Invoice Date, Invoice Due Date.
- Add line-item description, Quantity and Unit Price.
5. Click on “+” icon to add more line items to the invoice.
6. Add any header level miscellaneous charge such as Insurance etc by selecting appropriate option.
7. Add the charges and taxes in the appropriate boxes.
8. If there are some attachments with the Invoice, please add them in the designated area.
9. Choose the Approver name and Company Code from drop-down menu from Mohawk Industries.
10. Click Next once all the details are added.
11. Review the invoice finally and click SUBMIT.
