Brief Description:
In this section we will explain how to create a PO Based Invoice by using PO-Flip feature.
Steps Involved:
- Navigate to PURCHASE ORDERS option on the left-hand side menu. This page shows all the Purchase Orders with different status.
- Click on the Purchase Orders ID (highlighted below) to open the order and see the details such as Overview, Line Items, and other details.
- Click on Create Invoice button and Choose Standard Invoice.
A page will appear to create invoice. Add details like Invoice #, Invoice Date, Invoice Due Date.
Select the line item(s) that need to be invoiced by clicking on checkbox.
Add any header level miscellaneous charge such as Insurance etc by selecting appropriate option.
Add the charges in the appropriate boxes.
f there are some attachments with the Invoice add it here and then click on NEXT.
Review the invoice finally. If all looks good, then click Submit. This will send the invoice to Mohawk Industries for further processing.
