To create a credit memo, navigate to the Purchase Order tab and select the PO ID of the invoice for which a credit memo needs to be submitted.


1. Click on Create Invoice and select Credit Memo


2. Fill in the fields and select the line items for which a credit memo needs to be created by selecting the boxes on the right. Upload any invoice related documents or reference documents related to the credit memo if you feel that it contains relevant information.

a. You can choose to save the credit memo by clicking Save at the bottom and come back to work on it at anytime.

b. OR, you can Submit the memo.


3. The status of the Purchase Order will change to Credit Memo once a memo is created for it.


a. Navigate to the Invoices tab on the summary page, and you will see the credit memo appear underneath the type category.
