Those with the role of ADMIN are allowed access to the "User Management" tab.


To deactivate a user:


1) Locate the user who needs to be deactivated and click on the down arrow next to the user name.


2) Click on Deactivate to deactivate the user.


3) The message, “User De-activated Successfully,” will pop up in a green banner and the user will appear in the Inactive User List.


NOTE: When a user is deactivated, the user no longer has access to the portal, but their login still exists. The username can be reactivated in the future.
