Since you have categorized the invoice as non-PO, it means it is not linked to any Purchase Order sent by your customer.
To upload a non-PO Invoice, follow the steps below.
1) Navigate to the "Non PO Invoices" tab.
2) Either drag & drop the Invoice in the highlighted area OR click on the area to upload the Invoice from your computer.
3) The document (Invoice) will be extracted and will become ready for your validation. Click on Validate Invoice.
4) Validate the extracted data. Modify the requirements.
5) Select a contact related to the Invoice and click NEXT. Use the SEARCH button to search the contacts.

6) Click Update Invoice after reviewing the final information. This will send the information to the customer for approval and further processing.
Once the invoice is submitted, what's next?
For now, you can periodically check the payments tab for all the payments that are released. Very soon we will set email notifications that will help you get the real time information via email.
