Once you've categorized your invoice as a PO Invoice, it means it is linked to a Purchase Order sent by your customer. Make sure you have mentioned the PO # on your invoice so that system can pick it up and be ready for your invoice.
To upload a PO-based invoice, there are multiple options.

PO Flip
1) PO-Flip
a. To perform a PO Flip, go to the required PO under the “Purchase Orders” tab.
b. Now select the PO ID for which an Invoice needs to be submitted and Click Create Invoice and fill in the required field.
c. Fill in the fields, select the line items that need to be Invoiced and click NEXT.
d. Review the information on final page and click Generate Invoice.
e. The message, “Invoice Successfully Created,” will pop up in a green banner.

Upload PDF
2) Upload an Invoice copy and let SkyscendPay extract the details.
a. Go to the "PO Invoices" tab.
b. Upload or drag & drag the invoice copy
3) Once uploaded, the invoice will have the status: "importing." Refresh the page, and click on Validate Invoice in the "Uploaded Documents" section and validate the extracted data.
4) Validate the Invoice data, and if all the information is proper, click NEXT.
5) Now match the Invoice line items with the PO line items, and click UPDATE INVOICE.
6) Review the summary and click the Generate Invoice button.
7) The message, "Invoice Validated," will pop up in a green banner.
