In order to cancel an e-way bill:
1) Go to the CANCEL EWAYBILL section under the “eWayBills” tab.
2) Fill in the required fields.
a. You can use the blue search button next to "eWayBill Number" to select the e-way bill you want to cancel.
i. You can find the eWayBill Number under the VIEW LIST section.
ii) You may also filter out the eWayBill you want by using the filters and then get the number of the eWayBill you are trying to cancel.
b. Next, fill in the reason for cancelling the eWayBill.
c. Lastly, add any relevant remarks that are needed for deleting the eWayBill.
d. Click CANEL EWAYBILL.
3) The message, “eWayBill Cancelled. [eWayBill Number]” will pop up in a green banner.
