When a purchase order is created, you will be able to send an advanced shipping notice only for line items that have been flagged by the buyer who created the PO in another system of theirs. Skyscend then pulls the necessary information from the buyer's system, and indicates the specific line items that have been marked for an ASN.
You may create an advanced shipping notice to let the buyer organization know that a shipment is coming.
1. To do so, navigate to the "Purchase Orders" tab.
2. Select the PO that you want to send an ASN for.
a. You may use the filters in the search bar to find the PO.
3. Click on the PO ID and locate Advance Ship Notice.
4. Confirm the line times and fill in the fields.
